Leevin was born from the lived experiences of its founders, who witnessed poverty, illiteracy, caste discrimination, lack of medical access, and social inequality in their own communities. Many families survived on daily wages, children dropped out of school to support their parents, and women and marginalized communities faced exploitation and injustice.

Moved by these realities, Leenus and Vincent Thiag dedicated themselves to creating sustainable programs that bring hope and transformation to rural communities. In 2008, they established a rural health clinic to provide affordable medical care to underserved villages. Over time, their outreach expanded into educational support, community development, sponsorship programs, and ecological wellbeing initiatives.

Today, Leevin continues to empower communities through holistic care and grassroots development.
